In the spirit of Christmas, the People's Democratic Party, PDP in Enugu State has felicitated the people of the state as they commemorate the birth of Christ.

In a statement released on the eve of Christmas by the Director of Communication/spokesman of PDP Campaign Organization, Nana Ogbodo Esq., the party while calling on the electorates not to lose sight of their civic obligation by coming out enmass to vote in the 2023 general election, reassured them of her commitment and loyalty to their campaign promises.

Nana also called on Christians to seize this opportunity to renew their love for one another and "strive to promote better coexistence with one another regardless of Creed or political affiliation.

The message reads:

The Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) Campaign Organization in Enugu State hereby expresses her profound felicitations as we celebrate Christmas and the New Year.

It is a season that holds a gripping social and religious attraction, and it carries much more significance than its festive symbolism. It affords us the opportunity to renew our love and strive to promote better coexistence with everyone regardless of creed or political affiliations. It helps to nourish our faith as Christian faithful and represents a renewal of hope and an expression of God's redemptive promise.

As we celebrate, it's imperative we do not lose sight of our civic obligations, particularly with regard to the coming general elections. Our campaign promises remain essentially a sacred pact with man and God, to which we pledge unalloyed fidelity.

On behalf of the entire members of the PDP Campaign Organization, I wish Ndi Enugu a truly Merry Christmas and a fulfilling New Year. Tomorrow is indeed here!

Nana Ogbodo Esq. (Directorof Communications/Spokesman)
