The Executive Chairman of Nkanu West Local Government Area, Hon. Uchenna Calistus Ejim has congratulated the Enugu State Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Dame Mrs Rita Mbah on her new appointment as a member of People's Democratic Party, PDP Board Of Trustee.
