“We are happy with his leadership. We have no regret supporting him because the local government is now wearing some new looks. He is doing well,” Mrs Amaka Nwonodo, who owns a shop close to Nara market said.
A civil engineer, Chief Benson Nnamani, said efforts to connect different communities in the council area were already yielding positive impacts as a result of the dedication of the chairman.
He added: “Well, I will rate him very high. He has done well and his leadership is the true definition of government at the grassroots. People, especially the youths, are being empowered and that’s what we all need.”
