A governorship aspirant in Enugu State, Samson Chukwu Nnamani popularly known as ODERA, has applauded the leadership of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for the successful conduct of its 2026 National Convention held at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium.

Speaking after the event, Nnamani described the convention as a defining moment for the party, marked by unity, reflection, and renewed commitment to its founding ideals.

He specifically commended the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, alongside Senator Samuel Anyanwu, for their exemplary leadership and dedication, which he said contributed significantly to the success of the gathering.

According to him, their efforts have continued to strengthen the party’s internal structure and foster unity across various levels.

Nnamani also congratulated members of the newly constituted Caretaker Committee on their emergence, expressing confidence in their capacity to steer the affairs of the party during this critical period.

“The task ahead is significant, but with commitment, inclusiveness, and a shared vision, the party will continue to grow stronger,” he stated.

He further urged party faithful to remain steadfast in their collective resolve to build a more united, people-centered, and progressive PDP that reflects the aspirations of Nigerians.

The 2026 PDP National Convention brought together party leaders, stakeholders, and delegates from across the country in what observers have described as a crucial step toward repositioning the party ahead of future electoral engagements.
