Leaders become great, not because of their powers, but because of their ability to empower others. This must be the reason why the bible in the book of Matthew 20:26 says that "Whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant."

Uzo-Uwani local government area, LGA as one of the rural council areas in Enugu State is in dire need of a well-experienced, selfless, and God-fearing servant leader who can stand the test of time in providing quality leadership and people-oriented development across her communities. 

As the 2024 local government election in Enugu State draws close, many individuals have started declaring interest in the chairmanship position of Uzo-Uwani council area, and prominent among the aspirants is PastoRex Ikechukwu Nnadi who hails from Nkpologu community. The alluring profile of PastoRex Nnadi, will leave any unbiased mind with an undisputable impression that leadership runs in his vein; he is undoubtedly "the head that fits the crown."

In a world where morality among political leaders has become scarce, Nnadi as a clergyman who has navigated various sectors of the economy can be trusted with power and government resources; Uzo-Uwani deserves a chairman who has the fear of God, especially one who has been in the business of teaching good moral values in a Christian congregation where he serves God as a pastor.

The disruptive innovation of His Excellency, Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State relies more on the development of local content by encouraging entrepreneurship and empowering youths and women in agriculture and other skills. As an entrepreneur who has established and successfully managed different private companies in various sectors, Nnadi, has been in the selfless service of youth empowerment and provision of employment to the unemployed indigenes of his immediate community, Nkpologu and Uzo-Uwani LGA at large.

The security challenges in Uzo-Uwani LGA over the years cannot be overemphasized, especially the incessant farmer-herders clash. Nnadi who runs a renowned security company is well equipped with every requisite knowledge and experience to tackle the perennial security challenges in Uzo-Uwani LGA.

Being a known philanthropist and an astute Administrator, Nnadi will no doubt lead the people of Uzo-Uwani with a human face as he is already used to being magnanimous in giving to the less privileged persons. 

Undoubtedly, PastoRex Nnadi remains the best choice now that there's a need to address security challenges and economic hardship in Uzo-Uwani.

In a time like this, sentiment must be put aside; our most qualified general, in the person of PastoRex Nnadi should be given the opportunity to lead Uzo-Uwani LGA forward. Therefore, let the stakeholders and the good people of Uzo-Uwani throw their support behind "THE HEAD THAT FITS THE CROWN!"
