Hope beckons as Pastor Rex Nnadi, a visionary leader with a strong passion for community development and excellent leadership joins the campaign for Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area chairmanship position. As the most qualified candidate for the chairperson, Pastor Rex is a multidimensional leader with a strong background in entrepreneurship, clerical work, human resource development, and security.

The people of Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area have greatly benefited from his services as a devoted member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with a strong history of grassroots initiatives. As a result, his candidacy was eagerly awaited.

BRIEF PROFILE OF PASTOR REX NNADI

Pastor Rex Nnadi hails from Agum, Ogba Nkpologu in the Uzo-uwani LG Area of Enugu State. Besides being a clergyman, and human capital developer, Rex has training in industrial and labor relations from the esteemed Michael Imoudu National Institute For Labour Studies, Ilorin, and is an entrepreneur. He serves as a director, fellow, member, etc. on the boards of companies.

As an expert in security, a human resources specialist, and a management specialist in the food sector, he successfully manages organizations that hire, develop, and oversee various professional cadres with numerous blue-chip corporations in different parts of the country. Pastor Rex is also the leader of a security company that provides security services and advice to people, businesses, and organizations, and has always given financial support and security equipment to improve local security in Uzo-Uwani LGA.

Pastor Rex serves as Senior Pastor of Citizens of the Kingdom Assembly (COTKA), a Christian congregation. He is the driving force behind the Nkpologu Youth Empowerment Forum, which aims to help and encourage several women, children, and youth in their pursuit of education, training, and employment; he is a humble and approachable person who has accomplished a great deal for the Nkpologu people and Uzo-Uwani people in general.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, nearly every family in Nkpologu received food and medical care from the cleric and His Foundation. He also uses his foundation as a platform to provide training, seminars, and symposiums for out-of-school learners. He also assisted many young people from Uzo Uwani in being employed by numerous companies.

The chairmanship candidate placed several widows, the frail, and the vulnerable from his areas on his payroll, and through his charity, people often receive support and school costs. He attracted an NGO that treated over 900 instances of malaria and provided HIV and tuberculosis screening and medicines. He has long been actively involved in the sociopolitical and economic advancement of Uzo-Uwani and Nkpologu.

Unquestionably, Pastor Rex is an ardent supporter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), having spearheaded a million march in favor of the party and its candidates in the most recent election. He made substantial financial and moral contributions to the party's success in Enugu State and beyond.
