What men do not understand, they demonize. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, the Enugu State governorship candidate of the PDP, has remained enigmatic to the desperate simpletons who think that leadership is a dance done with snuff in palm. They are perplexed by the level of knowledge and wisdom, finesse, creativity and vision at Peter Mbah's disposal. They do not understand the language of modern leadership Peter speaks. His transcendental disposition, his disruptive innovation, emotional intelligence and value propositions amaze the desperate and confound the simple that populate the opposition in Enugu State. So, it is natural that the ignorant crawling along the corridors of Enugu politics come up with something to demystify Peter and drag him to their level of incompetence, lack of character and the needed capacity to articulate issues of governance and economy in clear terms, as Peter does.

All the false allegations about Ego Ndi Enugu, FBI, EFCC and all that are phantom and  fictionally meant to pull Peter down from his untainted pristine height which he attained by dint of hardwork, sacrifices, trainings and much exposure, character and good reputation acquired over the years. Peter consciously groomed himself to attain this lofty height that attracts the envy of some half-baked overambitious knaves, milling about the flank.

Peter remains committed to the communication of his manifesto in clear terms to the people of Enugu State at the grassroots, touring the 68 development centres in Enugu State. Peter has no time for tantrums. He engages issues and would not be distracted by the rascality of the so-called opposition who has nothing to offer except dwell on false allegations and the diminished task of character assassination.

I read with amusement some insipid piece purportedly written by an anonymous reporter of Coal City News, and I shudder to what extent these clowns could go in their attempts to taint the immaculate.The shameless author made claims to how Peter was fazed by the Ego Ndi Enugu hogwash so much that he sacked some members of his media team.That was so ridiculous and childish of the author to have made such improbable claims against such sound mind as Peter Mbah embodies. The author also claimed Peter was traumatized and shedded tears over the Ego Ndi Enugu stuff. At what point could all this have happened while Peter was busy with town hall meetings?

Now assuming without conceding that Peter shedded tears over the false allegation meant to tarnish his image, and slur his good reputation, doesn't that show his humanity? In a letter Abraham Lincoln wrote to his son's teacher, he had advised inter alia that his son be taught that there is no shame in tears. Isn't Peter entitled to his emotions as human, especially when the allegations levelled against him are spurious? Besides the fact that every human would feel bad about such willful attempt to tarnish their image, the innocent would move on, knowing they would be vindicated. Peter had in the past been vindicated against all manner of accusations. At a point when they claimed the FBI was looking for him, he travelled to the US, and spent three weeks there, and there was no FBI anywhere in the US to arrest him.The EFCC  which has time and again stated it had nothing against Peter Mbah is still around and has not arrested Peter as the opposition had willfully expected.

Peter Mbah has no reason to sack any member of his media team. It was rather the figment of the vile imagination of the anonymous Coal City News reporter that played out, and which he misconstrued for reality. Mbah's media team has got no qualms, for Peter's candidacy is a brand promise quite very easy to market, as it has found unprecedented acceptability in the political consciousness of Ndi Enugu.

The people of Enugu State have expressed in various dimensions their love and acceptance of Peter Mbah. They are only waiting to make his candidature good in March 2023 when they shall have elected him the governor of Enugu State. No amount of damaging falsehood fashioned against Peter Ndubuisi Mbah shall prosper. The Lord prepares a table before Peter Mbah in the presence of his adversaries, moving to and fro looking for lies to concoct against the anointed of the Lord. All those behind these campaigns of calumny will kiss the ground before Peter's feet. And then Peter with his eyes shall behold the reward of his wicked enemies who left truth for falsehood in order to create damaging impressions. The Lord shall surely frustrate the token of liars and have their tongues cleave to the roofs of their mouths. The Lord who anointed David King of Israel as He has anointed Peter Governor of Enugu State shall do a new thing and make a name for Himself. If it comes upon these liars as it  came upon Korah and his evil conspirators against Moses, let the name of the Lord be glorified.
