In what is expected to be the biggest youth engagement with the Governorship Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Barr. Peter Mbah, a frontline grassroots support group for Mbah/Ossai Campaign known as Kwado Peter-Mbah Movement, KPM is set to host a youth interactive program in Enugu State titled A DAY with PETER MBAH.

According to the Convener of the program, Monday Diamond Ani, "A DAY with PETER MBAH is aimed at creating a platform between the Gubernatorial Candidate of the PDP, Barr. Peter Mbah and youths drawn from different Organizations in Enugu State to interact one on one, ask questions to the PDP Governorship Candidate in order to understand his leadership plans for Enugu State, with special focus on the youths".

Diamond who is also the Director General of Kwado Peter-Mbah Movement, KPM, stated that the program will feature youths drawn from different Youth based Organizations such as Religious Groups, Socio-Cultural Organizations, Socio-Political Organizations, Pressure Groups, Community Youth Presidents, Inter-Ethnic Youth Leaders and Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations and other critical youthful stakeholders in the State.

While stressing that some eminent personalities in the society are also expected to attend the historical program, Diamond said that "I and my co-conveners, Barr. Osinachi Nnajieze and Dr. Uche Anichukwu are very optimistic that the program will be a success, and I urge Enugu Youths to get ready for the unprecedented interaction with incoming Governor of Enugu State, because Barr. Peter Mbah will succinctly dissect the philosophy of his campaign slogan, “Tomorrow is Here” and reveal his leadership visions and blueprint to the youths of Enugu State".

Moreso, the Director-General of Coalition for Equity and Good Governance, CEGG, Gerald Obasi, who presents the weekly Radio program 'Tomorrow is Here', while speaking on the upcoming program stated that "this event will leave Enugu youths in no doubt that Peter Mbah’s incoming government belongs to them".

Meanwhile, Diamond also hinted that "there will be a Quiz Competition amongst different youth groups as well as free raffle tickets which would qualify eligible winners to win several Brand New Laptops and Phones.

"However, a Raffle Draw Participant must be a PVC carrier to justify his or her patriotism and civic participation to Nigeria as a Nation, because change must begin with the youth", Diamond emphasized.

A DAY with PETER MBAH will hold on the 17th February 2023 at the International Conference Center, Institute of Management and Technology, IMT, Enugu.
