I am stimulated to scribble this by the fanonian thesis which posits: "the future will have no pity for those who, possessing the exceptional privilege to speak words of truth...... have instead taken refuge in an attitude of passivity, mute, indifference and sometimes of cold complicity", and I add writing words of truth. Let us therefore write the words of truth for the records, because when lies are not refuted the gullible is in jeopardy and the fabrics of society mangled. 

Give this write-up a title yourself including the name Edeoga either at the beginning, middle, or end. I assure you that any headline you come up with will be a suitable title.
This is uncomplicatedly so because the name needs no introduction as it has become popular in the past months for all the wrong reasons.
 Here are some suggestions, but the list is not exhaustive. Please feel free to add your own after reading:
- Refusing to accept defeat : The futility of Edeoga's pursuit. 
- Tied to the treadmill of failure: The wild goose chase of Edeoga's scampering behaviour.
-The Pump price of Justice and the black market hustles of Edeoga.
- Edeoga's Defeat response: Handling unexpected confusion. 
- Edeoga refuses to off the Mic : Dramatization of Selfishness and No Sportsmanship. 
- Nobody has monopoly of foolishness, it's a choice: A little response to Edeoga and his collaborators.

I was confident in my ability to exercise self-control and resist temptation. Despite my best efforts, I strived not to succumb, and hoped to succeed. However, I must admit with regret that I ultimately failed to meet my goal not to respond to these tantrums coming post elections from Edeoga's IDP (Internally Displaced Politicians) camp. 
Permit me to jump into the gutters briefly to engage those that live there. Not to worry, mindful my eyes should be on the ball because "Tomorrow is Here" I will be back in a giffy.
I could no longer restrain myself from addressing the distractions caused by Edeoga and his cohorts. I can decipher that they are neck bent on inflaming the political climate and sow seeds of hate and division in Enugu. This appears to be a last-ditch attempt to cause unrest after the failure to divide us during the just concluded state elections.
He has held out as a man whose hands plays a tune on the keyboard of misinformation, false rumours and inciting statements and this his lieutenants continue to mirror. This ugly situation that has arisen calls for my necessary response and analysis for the future of our state. 

As a progressive political writer and speaker, I usually avoid political vanity in my writings and speeches, this style of mine will still be obvious even as I have sunk to their level just for a while because it is not in my character to be foolish. With words written or spoken you can kill or make alive and I believe they probably don't know this but if they do then they want to kill our unity in Enugu in a hurry and this we would continue to counteract assiduously. This incessant bad habit of media masturbation with fake news and riot acts they engage in just so it doesn't look like they have kowtowed after loosing an election has to cease. This unscrupulous roguish political behavior is undoubtedly unproductive, as they must have already realized, as their situation remains unchanged. It is not only unproductive but also extremely detrimental to our state.
In boxing once a fighter is knocked out and the final whistle blows, the rest is history. Continuing to fight could result in serious injury or death. This anihilates the chance to ever enter another boxing contest. This is the same in politics, exactly what this so called mainstream and social media urchins  are fulfilling. They are aiding in the destruction of this man's political career and extinguishing any possibility of future electoral pursuit enjoying his permission and collaboration. 

Drayton Bird once said "If language is not used correctly, then what is said is not what is meant. If what is said is not what is meant then what ought to be done remains undone". In this light when I read what comes from the Edeoga camp, when I am patient enough not wanting to commit my intellect to any useful venture I read them and observe as follows:
First, I suspect He and his supporters are afflicted with Chronic English Communication Effectiveness Deficiency Syndrome (CECDS), which hinders their ability to communicate effectively. If I am right and this is the case then I understand Drayton Bird and I accept that "Bekee bu agballa". In which case, I sympathize with their communication disabilities and lexical conundrum. I hope they seek professional intervention to improve their communication skills before they self destruct. This is because we take no pleasure even when self acclaimed enemies seek to destroy themselves, we have hatred for destruction no matter who or what. 
Secondly however, if they escape the first condition which I doubt and they are intentionally sabotaging the peace of ndi Enugu with their lies and misinformation. We are left with no option but to categorically confer on them the title "Haters of Tomorrow" (HOT) and permanently confine them to the denomination working against the development of Enugu. They are HOT, heating up the polity and exacerbating tensions in Enugu by engaging in malicious, aggressive, and confrontational media behavior that only serves to fuel political strife. What I see them do is the use of language expressions that raise dusts from a wet landscape, their press releases sound like war songs against imaginary enemies, their interveiws lacking hygiene and decorum. 
While we celebrate this era of citizen journalism or democratic journalism and the opening up of the media space inoculating the world against authoritarianism. 
This privilege must be used carefully to avoid any potential misuse. Edeoga and his supporters are an example of how this great media advancement can be dangerous for society.

Let us look at the Chief Hater of Tomorrow(CHOT), Edeoga C.  He kicked off his betrayal escapade by betraying the Enugu State PDP, which metaphorically spoon-fed him. He repudiated the Enugu PDP gubernatorial candidates' peace pact, which all governorship candidates were parties to and duly appended their signatures. Ordinarily, in some climes, people who renege on such gentlemanly pacts are not taken seriously in any matter whatsoever, as they depict zero integrity automatically. Let's not go into it's legal implications because that's not the thrust of this essay. One would think he would have just walked away from the party after he had completed his perfidy. He didn't rather he attempted political fraud by coming out openly to say he stands with Peter Mbah, who won after the primary elections and encouraged his followers to support him. The now Governor-elect accepted him as a brother, only for him to stab him in the back just a few days later - first-class treachery.

He jumped into the Labour Party, fighting dirty for the party ticket with another legal loophole he thought was classified but were just ignored. He heaped all manner of lies and dirty propaganda against the Governor-elect, Peter Mbah, in the course of the campaigns, setting up kangaroo groups to peddle one false rumour after the other to appear real. The whole idea was to demarket Mbah, who had already acquired political messianic status in Enugu. Failing in all of the above, he and his cronies militarized the election in some parts of Enugu and rigged in other parts. In all these, Barr. Peter being who he is made no response or attack on him. This didn't push him to pause and ponder over this "the best answer to a fool is silence" treatment. 
As if all these were not enough, his agent and brother subjected the Enugu governorship election returning officer to emotional intimidation, to which the man cried out, "Don't intimidate me." He coerced the coalition center into a tribunal, culminating in the subtraction of some PDP votes, but they still lost. 

What actually makes this CHOT Edeoga worse than Judas is that at the point Judas sold Jesus, he had remorse. In this case having done all this evil to one man in a few months, one should expect remorse. No! Remorse is doesn't exist in his dictionary. This is why, even though elections have come and gone, he is still fermenting one trouble or the other. 
After all, he rushes to the tribunal with lies and his own fabrications. Having done that, "zukwanu ike." No, he makes unbecoming and provoking utterances on a matter sub judice that he took to court himself.
In a blatant display of desperation, not wanting Enugu to move forward after over a year of political tussles, he keeps unsettling the polity further. He has been moving from one media house to the other, publishing lies, the same lies and rumors he took to court, and endlessly seeking for who to pick a fight with. Re-awakening ill-fated past rumors with the same dress, fronting the same faceless groups. This has escalated to the point that ndi Enugu and even some of his supporters are embarrassed by his behavior. Not long ago, the Media Practitioners Association cautioned him, and some of his former allies and financiers are also speaking up. This leaves one wondering if this man was initiated into political garulity and hullabaloo. 

Despite all of the allegations he has made being refuted, he won't rest but persists in his pursuit likely in auto pilot to self ruin. 
The Ex- convict demonic allegation despite being cleared earlier by the governor-elect has been laid to final rest by the Attorney General of the federation. 
The fictitious NYSC forgery allegation is dead with explicit clarification from the governor-elect time and again.
What of his recent fabrication against, My elder brother a respected senior advocate of repute, Anthony Ani, SAN which turned into an embarrassment when the SAN comes out personally to debunk such. My problem really is that this HOT are unembarrasible and shameless. 
What have they not done? 
Time won't let me reel them all out. 
Next, they will tell the tribunal who to appoint judge, where to sit and write a judgement for them on social media. I really shake my head because I thought a lawyer for one should know that the court is unemotional and blind not talk of being influenced by the overflowing ink mendacity. My Pen is empty on this Edeoga matter, I think it's really a distraction and should be treated as such. I appeal to all men of good conscience who have written and spoken on his matters to ignore him and his amoebaic confederates. I adviced them earlier on to accept the olive branch extended to all by Barr Peter Mbah in his acceptance speech but they vowed to demonstrate political ineptitude. Now tell me, what he is going to do with the only response from the Governor-elect, not on social media in their ranting pattern but to the right quarters, the tribunal. The response is a knockout and has sent shivers to the spines of Edeoga's camp. Now it is clear to everyone he isn't even the right candidate of labour party. As a matter of fact no locus standi to be heard on the governorship election. We haven't heard pim from them since then. I guffaw in Swahili, this is what loquaciousness and media exuberance brings on a man. As we anticipate the next false statement and lie from the evil incubator of deceptive information. My message to them is: Ndi Enugu are already familiar with your tactics, and we will not be swayed or distracted by them.
We thank God for the gift of Peter Mbah in Enugu who is too focused to be distracted and has set up a fire brand transition committee. They are preparing a delectable feast for us, starting from May 29th ushering us into a new era of prosperity and opportunity; eldorado in Enugu. If you are still in that HOT(Haters of Tomorrow) camp and you read this write up to this point, my dear change camp and join the " Tomorrow Is Here" (TIH). This is simply because you are different and in the wrong place because they don't read long write ups as they are in a hurry to jump into briandead conclusions and spew witlessly.
